Demolition and site work for a hospitality development in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
The project consists generally of the demolition of the existing Days Inn on Highway 31. This includes all buildings, foundations, retaining walls, and utility services as shown on the plans. The majority of the existing asphalt parking lot will remain. Once the building is removed, the remaining site will be graded to drain and stabilized with seeding and mulch.
