Miller Construction Management, Inc., on behalf of the Polk County School Board, is currently pre-qualifying any firm who wishes to submit a proposal for all trades for Project No. P-01897 Polk County School Board - Single Point of Entry Lakeland Senior High School. The project is located at 726 Hollingsworth Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801 and consists generally of the demolition of an existing window and wall for installation of a new steel entrance door, frame, and hardware for the Polk County School Board. The scope of work shall include, without limitation: Selective demolition, concrete, masonry, fencing and gates, doors/frames/hardware, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile, painting, exterior door signage, fire extinguishers, electrical, and fire alarm. Only prequalified firms will be allowed to provide bids. To prequalify, contractors will need to send all company information, W-9, certificate of insurance listing Miller Construction Management and Owner, and their affiliates as additional insured in respect to general liability insurance, and waiver of subrogation to email. M/WBE participation is strongly encouraged.
