Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 14 The work specified in this contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to furnish and install highlighted Driver Speed Feedback Signs (DSFS), with 18'display, along with other ramp speed warning signs as shown in the plans, at various locations on the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike (SR 821), Milepost (MP) 8.0 to 32.0, Florida's Turnpike (SR 91), MP 2.0x to 153.0, and Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869), MP 10.5 to 22.0. The Contractor shall perform all work during day hours in accordance with the Turnpike Lane Closure Policy. No U-turns shall be permitted as a condition of this Contract, except at Service Plazas. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held for This Project. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
