Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Redevelopment of the premises on the second level of wing A in order to install a one-stop desk for student services. This one-stop desk will bring together the services of the Departments of Student Life, of Studies and Continuing Education and Business Services. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in late spring/early summer 2022. Note. The project implementation may include two phases and the owner may issue a separated tender for each phase.
