GUARANTEES: This tender is subject to guarantee clauses (deposit). UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the tender of a contractor, a service provider or a supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening of tenders , has been rated as unsatisfactory by the City. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). RESERVE: The City shall not incur any liability for the fact that the written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, with SEAO, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
