Renovation of an educational facility in Red Rock, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work of this Contract includes all work to complete the AHU replacement project at St Hilary School, Red Rock, Ontario. The owner is supplying the following material, HRV-1, HRV-2, HRV-3 and the four (4) UV systems. Summary of Work includes, but is not limited to: (refer to drawings and specifications for complete details) .1 Remove exhaust fans EF-1 thru 6, and patch roof openings. .2 Cut ducts as shown on 5002, and install new larger duct sections for the new UV systems. .3 Install owner supplied UV System in ducts as indicated. .4 Install owner supplied HRV-1, HRV-2, and HRV-3. .5 Supply and Install Ductwork (including grills, louvers, dampers etc) as shown on 5003 for HRV installation. .6 Supply and install heating coils for HRV-1, HRV-2 and HRV-3 as shown on drawings. .7 Supply and install new hydronic piping and HRV drainage piping as shown on the drawings. .8 Insulate outside air and exhaust air ductwork. .9 Provide controls as indicated for HRVs, Heating Coils and UV systems. Work to be done by the contractor who currently provides BAS systems to the School (Thermal Automation). .10 Supply and install a new Panel F in the mechanical room. .11 Run power from the new panel to new equipment. .12 Patch, seal and paint as needed all penetrations. Including fire sealing around any penetrations through fire rated walls. .13 Complete any patching or sealing of the roof. .14 Make good any damage done, including patching and painting as required.
