The successful Contractor shall be responsible for providing necessary design, materials, labor and equipment to re-roof and renovate Town Hall as described herein. Work will include, but not limited to the following: o Prepare entire roof for GE High Solids Silicone Roofing System, White, per Manufacturer's requirements. o Install GE High Solids 3525 Silicone Roofing System, white, at 21 Dry Mils for a NDL 10 Year Labor and Material Warranty to the entire roof, including parapets. Installer must be an Authorized Applicator The successful contractor will be required to enter into a standard contract for services, subject to modification to include issues specific to this project. The selected contractor shall provide necessary insurance certificates to the Town of Trion within 10 business days of receiving notice of award. The Town of Trion reserves the right to terminate the relationship with the Contractor if the required documents are not submitted to and approved by the Town of Trion within the specified time. The Town of Trion will not be responsible in any way for any costs incurred by the respondents to this RFP. After award of the contract, all responses, documents and materials submitted by the Respondents pertaining to this RFP will be considered public information and will be made available for inspection, unless otherwise determined. All data, documentation and innovations developed as a result of these contractual services shall become the property of the Town of Trion. The Contractor shall at all times observe and comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations of the federal, state and local governments, which may in any manner affect the preparation of proposals or the performance of this Contract. Proposer shall make all necessary applications for a federal employer identification number, state sales tax number, and file all tax returns as required by law. The Town of Trion reserves the right to negotiate specifications, terms and conditions which may be necessary or appropriate to the accomplishment of the purpose of this RFP. The Town of Trion may require the entire proposal be made an integral part of the resulting contract. This implies that all responses, supplemental, and other submissions provided by the vendor during discussions and negotiations will be held by the Town of Trion as contractually binding on the successful vendor. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to communicate all relevant issues and questions with the Town of Trion's designated contact.
