Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, professional services, permits, fees and taxes necessary to complete the Comite-Las Casitas HVAC Replacement Project , and work incidental thereto. Bidders are invited but not required to be present at the bid opening. Bids must be in possession of the Yuma County Administration Office on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. The prevailing clock shall be the Yuma County's Administrations clock. All BIDS must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: "Comite-Las Casitas HVAC Replacement Project #116-21" along with the bidders name and address and license number. The proposed work is located in San Luis, Arizona, and consists of construction services not limited to removal and replacement of various Apartment HVAC units. This project is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). To be placed on the Bidders List and receive addenda and other notices, prospective Bidders on this project MUST register by submitting the "Receipt Acknowledgement Form" within the Proposal Pamphlet. Yuma County reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or reject any and all bids and/or waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid, as it may deem in the best interest of Yuma County. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening.
