Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Luis, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of, but is not limited to installation of Keystone retaining walls with slope stabilizing fill and rock, removal of existing pavement, approximately 5,795 square yards of new 3"AC/8"ABC pavement, 3,082 lineal feet of vertical curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, driveways, and cross gutters, installation of 237 linear feet of 24" storm drain pipe, manholes, and catch basins. The project also includes adjusting existing water valves and sewer manholes with new frames and covers, pavement marking and signing, and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
