This includes development of estuarine creation adjacent to Bullfrog Creek and freshwater forested creation in Hillsborough County. Pre-Qualification is Required. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
