Individuals qualified in the construction of a new asphalt roadway connecting the main access road for Port Redwing, Diana Toledo Road, with Berth 302 from the east side. The type of construction is roadway including but not limited to earthwork, base preparation, asphalt, and utility work. Interested bidders must have an established reputation for experience, reliability, and the ability to provide all requested services. PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
