Site work for a water / sewer project in Shiner, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water tank for rehabilitation.
Any bids received after the above-stated date and time will be returned unopened. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Shiner or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The project will consist of the following types of work: Construction of a 250,000 gallon welded steel ground storage tank and other appurtenant items. The City of Shiner reserves the right to waive any or all formalities in the bid and to reject any or all bids.
