Project Number-260204 The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) requests bids from construction companies (Contractor) to provide sewer rehabilitation work for the Connors Creek Sewer System (CCSS). The CCSS is generally aligned with Conner Street and Outer Drive from Eight Mile Road to the Connors Creek Pump Station south of Jefferson Avenue. The CCSS is a combined sewer system that was constructed in the 1920s and 1930s and consists of circular brick and concrete sewer, concrete arch sewer, and a variety of multi-cell concrete box structures. Also included in the project are the Connors Connector and Freud Connector sewers that connect the Connors Creek Pump Station and Freud Pump Station, respectively, to the Conner Creek CSO Facility at the mouth of Conner Creek.
