Renovation of a detention facility in Detroit, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The State of Michigan is seeking Phase 100 through 700 professional services and also an 11-month warranty review. The scope of this project is to replace interior doors, frames, walls, and ceilings; remove epoxy and repaint at selected locations within three (3) buildings; relocate washer / dryer and perform hazardous material testing. The attached drawings show exact work locations. A. Administration 100 B. Housing Unit 500 C. Housing Unit 200 Include in your proposal response, your proposed work schedule. A minimum of five (5) design meetings are required. These meetings are required, Kickoff, 50%, 90% and FINAL. Another specification and frontend review will be required as well REFERENCE STANDARDS: This project will comply with all codes, standards, regulations, and workers' safety rules that are administered by federal agencies (EPA, OSHA, and DOT), state agencies (DCH, EGLE, DNR, and MIOSHA), and any other local regulations and standards that may apply.
