Questions regarding the specifications shall be submitted electronically. No email or telephone inquiries will be accepted. The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract price, on bond forms acceptable to the Owner. Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed of the Owner and to fully complete the project within Ninety (90) calendar days. A copy of the plans and specifications will be available for review at the Whitemarsh Township Municipal Building between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Checks shall be made payable to Gilmore & Associates, Inc. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to complete the Project in a good, expeditious, workmanlike and substantial manner. The Project will be constructed in strict compliance with the Contract Documents and in full compliance with this Contract. The CONTRACTOR's services shall hereafter be referred to as the "Work".
