DESCRIPTION This proposed improvement consists of oil and chip treatment, parking lot sealing and striping, and all other necessary work to complete the project within the Peabody River King State Fish and Wildlife Area (IDNR), as well as placing 3" aggregate surface on a small section of roadway at the Kaskaskia State Fish and Wildlife Area, all in St. Clair County
