Engineer's Estimate Range: $450,000 -$500,000 Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Nulle Road/Friday Creek Bridge No. 106 Rehabilitation, CRP No. 921021 project. This project provides for the rehabilitation of Bridge No. 106 on Nulle Road which crosses Friday Creek. Proposed work will include carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), epoxy crack sealing and spall repairs, and other work, as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
