As of 08/26/2021 This project has not been awarded. The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings. The Contractor shall do everything required by the Contract in order to complete the hereinafter described work. The primary features of the work are described as the following: topsoil management, clearing and demolition, shaping of golf course features including, fairways, rough, greens, tees, and bunkers, construction of all golf course features, including tee boxes, sand bunkers, and putting greens as well as installation of irrigation components and new pump, related drainage, driving range netting installation, grassing, tree re-location and additional landscaping, cart path installation, golf course bridge installation, and all related tasks necessary to complete these items as outlined in the Contract Documents. The work shall include, but is not limited, to performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all material, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of the golf course and related site work, and the carrying out of all duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Agreement. The term “Contract Documents” means and shall include the following (as applicable): Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Signature Page, Unit Prices, Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Bid Bond, Statement of Bidder’s Qualifications, Executed Agreement for Construction, Performance and Payment Bond, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Letter of Acceptance, Final Receipt, and any Addenda issued for this bid, the bid of the Contractor, and the Technical Specifications, and Construction Drawings (as listed in the Schedule of Drawings) all incorporated herein by this reference Deadline for questions has been changed to: Tuesday, July 6, 2021 @ 5:00 PM EST.
