The building is located at 301 W 13th, Ft Worth, TX 76102. IFB 3202200005 A single prime contract based on the total bid price plus the allowance if any as noted in the TWC bid solicitation. The contractor is hereby notified that the project completion time countdown will start at written notification of award and must be complete no later than 100 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed date at 6:30 P.M. to avoid liquidated damages. See Uniform General Conditions Section 8.4.1.
