Proposed project will include street reconstruction and an underground drainage system to alleviate flooding issues from a neighborhood outfall to the north. The proposed drainage system will consist of concrete channel reconstruction, box culverts and inlets along Briarmall, and tie in to an existing earthen channel approximately 100ft south of Briarcrest. No work will be done in the larger main channel downstream of construction limits. The Deadline for questions is scheduled for January 4, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. CT. The consultants construction estimated for this contract is: 1,562,000.00 CoSA: Base Bid: $1,310,000.00 SAWS Water: Base Bid: $187,000.00 SAWS Sewer: Base Bid: $65,000.00 It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 300 calendar days.
