Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Geraldton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Reference Number 00002617820 All materials provided are to be in accordance with the applicable and most current Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSSs). This includes asphalt and tack coating. - Removal of existing asphalt. - Excavation of 6" base material. - Supply and placement of 6" Granular A material. - Supply and placement of asphalt; two lifts of asphalt 50 mm base and 50 mm topcoat of Superpave 12.5 mm, including the application of tack coating between lifts. - The Contractor is responsible for a finished grade of asphalt that provides for appropriate water drainage; no standing water shall accumulate on the apron. - Pricing to be provided based on measurements provided. Payment will be made on actual work completed. - Disposal of asphalt, cement or excess gravel material is available at public works lay down yard at no charge. - Any garbage generated as a result of the project will be accepted at our landfills at no charge.
