Renovation of an educational facility in Geraldton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1 The following is an outline of scope of work on this project. Refer to drawings for further details. 1- Demolition and renovation of the existing male and female washroom including all necessary mechanical and electrical work. 2- Examine the site of the project. Investigate the complete extent of work which is indicated in the contract documents. No allowance will be made for any error or negligence to fully understand the work and conditions The contractor is to notify the Consultant immediately should discrepancies be encountered. 3- Examine work of other sections before commencing work of any section. Commencement of new work shall imply acceptance of work by other sections upon which the new work depends. 4- Verify dimensions of work prepared by other sections before fabrication of new work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
