The project is in downtown San Antonio and located between Market Street and Cesar Chavez Boulevard. "The Project consists of street improvements which will include roadway reconstruction, drainage, traffic signals, pedestrian lighting, and landscaping; upgrades to San Antonio Water System (SAWS) water, sewer and chilled water mains and City Public Service (CPS) gas; as well as utility main extensions and services for adjacent P3 commercial project including but not limited to domestic water, fire-lines, wastewater, natural gas, electric, and telecommunications.
