Renovation of a water / sewer project in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project is out to Rebid The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all proposals. Contractors must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes at time of bid opening to perform the work described herein as the general contractor and must have the proper licensing governing their respective trades The Scope of Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described as follows: selective demolition of pumps, piping, valves and related components. Installation of three horizontal split case pumps, piping, valves, and related components as well as installation of an automatic transfer switch and a diesel fueled generator that will be relocated by the Contactor from another City site. Submit any technical questions about this project in writing to: Eddie Sasser, PE at esasser@hiepc.com. The End of Question Period is 5:00 PM, April 4, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or any portion of any bid they deem necessary for the best interest of the City, to accept any item or group of items unless qualified by the bidder, to acquire additional quantities at prices quoted on the Bid Form.
