The school HVAC will be upgraded with Bi-Polar Ionization systems installed within the supply ductwork. Ductwork and insulation shall be modified as required to maintain manufacturer recommended clearances. UVC Disinfectant panels will be installed in the Weight Training and Choir rooms. The Owner reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 30 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bidder's bond, or certified check payable to WEST CENTRAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid including addalternates. A bidder's bond shall include certified copy of the power of attorney. The right to waive any informality in any bid and reject any or all bids is reserved to the Owner
