Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Port Stanley, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Renovation of the washrooms located on the main beach in the Village of Port Stanley. The Municipality anticipates awarding the project by late October. The successful contractor must achieve substantial completion of the project no later than May 15, 2022 to allow for the facilities to be open prior to the Victoria Day weekend. Specifications and drawings are available as one document to download. Lump sum pricing is being requested as part of the tender; however the successful contractor must provide a full breakdown of pricing as part of the submission of contract documents. The location of the building is on the southern portion of the main parking lot in Port Stanley, to the east of GT's on the Beach. Contractors are encouraged to review the location and site conditions as suitable to their schedules.
