As of August 26, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award will in early September. The Municipality of Central Elgin is inviting bids for the 2024 Turvey Park Lighting Tender. Supply and installation of all required materials for 36 RAB P8RD light bollards @ 20m spacing and 725m of electrical conduit. Includes but not limited to; sizing conduit, bends, connections, bollard footing as per the manufactures specifications, electrical conductor, layout, ESA inspections, hydro disconnects, pedestals/vaults, trenching, removal and disposal of excess material, open-cut and restoration of asphalt pathway (75mm thick), connection to existing pump station panel, coordination with utility provider and new meter and account setup fees.
