Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Stanley, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of three (3) retaining wall sections to match the existing bin walls along the entire bluff on the south side of Front Street, the introduction of storm sewers on Front Street and storm sewer outlet down the existing bluff installed using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technology, as well as, the introduction of an infiltration gallery at Stanley Park Crescent. Road construction on Front Street will introduce concrete curbs, a parking bay, and multiple catch basins. Some existing water service boxes will be relocated to property line to accommodate concrete curbs. Work is anticipated to start on May 13, 2024. The successful contractor will be provided 130 days to complete the bulk of the project with an additional 10 working days provided in 2025 to complete top course asphalt no later than June 15, 2025.
