Central City will provide responses to all submitted questions by June 22, 2021 - 5:00 p.m The City of Central is seeking proposals for the Belvidere Theater Rehabilitation. The Belvidere Theater is located at 139 Nevada Street at the entrance to the downtown core. The Theater is a National Historic Landmark. This project is separated into three bidding/proposal alternatives for consideration. Alternative #1 - Limited Rehabilitation of the Belvidere Theater Alternative #2 - Full Rehabilitation of the Belvidere Theater - Phase 1 Alternative #3 - Masonic Lodge Facade Rehabilitation (Located at 111 Eureka Street) Pricing Lump sum Site visits available upon request. Alternative #1 - Limited Rehabilitation Scope of work as identified in the Foundation Rehabilitation at Front Facade of Shoo-Fly and Belvidere Theater Plans (May 4, 2021), excerpts of plans as taken from the Belvidere Theater Rehabilitation Construction Documents (Construction Plans and Volume 1&2 ofthe Specifications Prepared by Form Works Design Group LLC. October 31, 2019), are included to show the limited scope of work. Alternative #2 - Full Rehabilitation The full scope of work as identified in the Belvidere Theater Rehabilitation Construction ocuments (Construction Plans and Volume 1 &2 of the Specification Prepared by Form Works Design Group LLC. October 31, 2019). Alternative #3 - Masonic Lodge Facade Rehabilitation The repairs to the lower 4 feet by 3-foot-wide doorjamb facade at the northwest corner of the existing Masonic Lodge building will include the removal and replacement of the stucco covering of the existing masonry building wall. The makeup of the stucco shall match the existing stucco. Once the removal of the stucco covering has been completed, and prior to the application of the new stucco, the General Contractor shall meet with the structural representative of IMEG Corporation to confirm no additional scope of work is required for the underlying structure.
