Reference number : 1489299 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-05-31 Electronic submission accepted: No PROJECT: Repair of the Arthur road and the Rang du Bras over 1.0 km The municipality of Saint-Gervais is requesting bids to carry out repair work on route Arthur and Rang du Bras. The work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of two (2) concrete culverts, the loosening of the existing roadway as well as the installation of asphalt over a length of approximately 1,000 meters. Note that the work will be carried out under the Acceleration component of the MTQ's Local Road Assistance Program (PAVL). They are therefore conditional on obtaining the financial contribution from this program and the other required authorizations (if necessary; TECQ, loan by-law, etc.). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the tender. bid is subject to final approval. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
