Reference number: 20152963 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-26 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 Description OPEN PROCEDURE Sludge Removal from Aerated Ponds #1, #2, and #3 The Municipality of Saint-Gervais is soliciting bids for the removal of sludge from its aerated ponds #1, #2, and #3. This work consists, in summary but not limited to, of performing the following activities: Mobilization and demobilization of equipment; Removal of sludge from the aerated ponds using active or passive methods; Transportation and disposal of the sludge to recycling facilities, engineered landfills (LET), sanitary landfills (LES), composting sites, or other appropriate and accredited facilities; Transport of debris collected following sludge screening to an appropriate and accredited disposal site; Site restoration and cleanup after completion of the work; Leak testing of ponds #1, #2, and #3 before and after the work; Between July and October 26, 2026.
