Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Saint Helens, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents. Due to circumstances related to COVID-19 it is requested that only essential personnel attend the pre-bid, no more than 2 people per company. Depending on the pre-bid meeting size, multiple tours may be conducted in groups no larger than ten (10) people. The question and answer portion of the pre-bid meeting will be conducted after the tours.. Bidders are required to file a $30,000 Public Works Bond with the CCB in accordance with ORS 279C.836 EXCEPT exemptions allowed under paragraphs (7) or (8) will not be permitted. Due to the scheduled start of the work, the $30,000 Public Works Bond must be on file with the CCB at the time of bid. This is a prevailing wage project. Bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS Chapter 279C. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP") for on-site operations is being provided for general liability.
