Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Coral Harbour, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a Proponent for the construction of an 8 Bay Municipal Garage in the Hamlet of Coral Harbour, The Hamlet has purchased a pre-engineered Steel building package from Toro Industries. Annex A-2 contains a list of materials to be included in the building package, together with a list of detailed instructions and specifications for the construction and erection of the Steel building. Proponents will be responsible for the construction and erection of the Steel building following and in compliance with all specifications and instructions set out in Annex A-1 and Annex A-2. Proponents must supply with their RFP submission a list of materials and equipment to be transported by barge from Monteral, PQ (Port of St. Catherines) to the Hamlet on or about the end of June, 2023. The equipment and materials will need to be at the port in advance of the barge departure. All dates to be confirmed. The Hamlet is arraging the barge transportation. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
