Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work consists principally of providing bonds, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal and disposal of: existing building components that contain asbestos or other hazardous materials, steel, concrete structures, masonry structures, equipment, utilities, foundations, slabs and backfilling of tunnels and basements in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The Contractor will be required to complete the work under the Contract within 200 calendar days of the effective date of "Notice to Proceed". All bidding Contractors must hold the proper license from the State Licensing Board of General Contractors, Montgomery, Alabama. Specifications, proposal forms, bid and performance bond forms, and plans are on file in the office of Technical Services Department, Alabama State Port Authority, Mobile, Alabama.
