Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
*Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available. The work for which proposals are invited consists of water main and water service replacement, select sewer adjustments and replacement, various pavement removals, concrete curb and gutter replacement; concrete sidewalk replacement; concrete and asphalt driveway apron replacement; hot-mix asphalt pavement replacement; sodding; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements.The work for which proposals are invited consists of the replacement of the existing 4- inch and 6-inch water main along Park Boulevard from Taft Avenue, south to Marston Avenue. Storm and sanitary sewers and structures will also be removed and replacedalong the route to avoid conflicts and to meet IEPA requirements. Restoration of the project site shall include, but not be limited to, pavement, concrete curb and sidewalk, driveway replacements, and sodding. Approximately 3,700 feet of street segments will be improved in the project
