Reference number : 1489827 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-05-28 Electronic submission accepted: No The municipality of Saint-Gabriel-Lalemant is requesting bids for the completion of paving work over 1094 meters on Dionne, Pelletier, des Étangs, Lévesque avenue and Place Garneau. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Bouchard Service-Conseil SENC The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The municipality reserves the right to withdraw certain parts of the contract and will also not be liable to any prosecution or claim for costs or losses suffered as a result of such a decision. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the council cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond 50% is required. Award is subject to final approval.
