Site work and paving for a civil project in Hackberry, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals for the following project: STARK ROAD PAVING & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS All unit prices must be stated in both script and figures. The Owner reserves the rights to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids. Only original signatures will be accepted. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding local conditions under which the work is to be done. Attention is called to the provisions of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature of the State of Texas and subsequent amendments concerning the wage scale and payment of prevailing wages specified. The prevailing wage rate will be as established by the City of Lavon for this project.
