Site work for a water / sewer project in Hackberry, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 7000 l.f. of 18" - 42" storm sewer within the existing streets of Hackberry, TX. Includes piping, inlets, structures, pavement repair, trench safety, traffic control and all appurtenances. Bidders must submit, with their bids, a Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid, payable without recourse to the City of Lavon, Texas, or a Proposal Bond in the same amount from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of award. The successful Bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act as Surety and be acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the rights to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
