The Developer, Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. This Portal will be updated periodically with Addenda, Plan Holders List, additional reports or other information relevant to bidding the project. Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 9 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
