Grading Improvements for Eastland, Phase 1B and Phase 1C Bidders may elect to submit hard copy bids to the office of LJA Engineering, Inc., located at 6060 North Central Expressway, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas 75206. The Developer, Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 9 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 9 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
