Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Shrewsbury Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Shrewsbury Township Board of Supervisors intends to award this Contract at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
