Aggregate Contract: Accepting bids for the following aggregates: 500 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-1); 500 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-1 Limestone); 200 Ton #10 Screenings (Limestone); 100 Ton of #8 Coarse Aggregate (Type A Limestone); 1000 Ton of Gabion Rock (3" to 6"); 500 Ton of R-8 Rock (Limestone); 12,000 Ton of 2A Subbase (Limestone); 700 Ton of #57 Coarse Aggregate(limestone) and 500 Ton of #4 Coarse Aggregate (Limestone) Performance bond in the amount of 10% of contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
