Site work and paving for a road / highway in Shrewsbury Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For contractor to furnish and place approximately 55,600 sq. yd. of calibrated chipping and approximately 32,250 sq. yd. of fog seal over calibrated chipping. All bids must be accompanied by cash, certified check, money order, or bid bond with corporate surety made payable to shrewsbury township in the minimum amount of 10% of the bid price. all bids shall remain irrevocable for thirty (30) days after the date of the bid opening. It is the intent of the shrewsbury township board of supervisors to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder at the regularly scheduled meeting on MAY 4, 2022, AT 7:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time). Shrewsbury Township reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities, the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and the right to award a base bid, an alternate bid or any combination thereof, at its sole discretion, as is in the best interest of Shrewsbury Township.
