Site work and renovation of a residential development in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Marlborough Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Elderly 667-01 Development for the Marlborough Housing Authority in Marlborough Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Antonio Gomes Architect. The Project consists of: Entrance storefront and concrete pad removal and replacement. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removing existing concrete slab entrance pad, selective top of foundation walls and concrete curbs for replacement with new concrete slab and footings. 2. Where existing concrete is removed, compact any loose or soft areas of existing subbase. Finish existing grade subbase for even, level finish grade. Remove by means of mechanical sweeping, or equal method, all loose, sand, dirt, leaves, sticks, trash and any other debris from entire entrance. 3. Installing a new concrete slab pad and footings. 4. Removing existing metal storefront including metal entrance door, frame, glass and sealants and prepare for installation of new work. 5. Installing a new metal storefront including metal entrance doors, frames, and hardware. 6. Selective replacing existing finish wall board for installation of new storefront assembly. 7. Installing new 42" wide entrance door system, including electric automatic door operators, and other door hardware. 8. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 9. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 10. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Refer to spec sections The Work shall be commenced at the time stated in the Owner's Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
