The drainage outfall is located east of the north bound land of SH 286 beginning at a headwall (N29deg. 03min. 09.47sec., W95deg. 27min. 18.01 sec) located + / -100 foot north of a house at 116 Silver Bay Lane in Lake Jackson, Texas this 60-inch CMP then runs west approximately - 80 feet and then northerly along the easterly right-of-way of SH 288 for a total of approximately 980 feet to a Positive Closure Gate Structure (N29deg. 03Min 18.14Sec., W95deg. 27Min. 18.67 sec.) and then northerly for about 100 feet to Oyster Creek :n the City of Lake Jackson. 1. Shy Pond Outfall (1) */- 1,080'x 60" C.M.P. The City maintains the right to award or reject all of the bids for the outfall to be rehabilitated depending on costs constraints. Only those bidders that have attended the Mandatory Preconstruction Meeting will be allowed to bid.
