Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: BASE BID SECTIONS: 4,200 CY Common Excavation 4 EA Storm Manholes (48") 82 LF 6" Sanitary Lateral Replacement (8 locations) 595 LF 12" RCP Storm Sewer 98 LF 6" PVC Storm Sewer 2,205 LF 4" Storm Lateral 13,435 SF Remove Sidewalk 12,968 SF 4" Concrete Sidewalk 3,461 LF Remove Curb and Gutter 3,234 LF 30" Curb and Gutter Type "D" 6,754 SF Remove Concrete Driveway Apron 10,319 SF 7" Concrete Driveway Apron and Sidewalk 3,900 Tons 1-1/4" Dense Crushed Aggregate Base Course 1,960 Tons HMA Pavement 3,509 SY Lawn Restoration The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Only printed plans obtained from Blue Print Service Company shall be considered scalable plans.)
