Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Slayton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Work of this contract consists of various Bid Packages to facilitate construction of a precast concrete Highway Maintenance Facility, a new hoop / fabric covered salt storage building, an unheated precast equipment storage building and a fueling system with canopy. Additional work will include site and utility construction, including construction of a storm water pond. The Bidder will include all labor and material costs to perform the work in this Bid Set #1. Finally, the awarded Bidder must coordinate their work with other work contracted by the Owner, including work performed by other awarded Bidders (in Bid Set #2 available June 7, 2021) and direct-hire vendors. Contractors are encouraged to consider using local supplier and subcontractors in assembling final Bids.
