Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Armour, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of July 15 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Proposed blocks will be: Fourth Street from Main Avenue to Matthews Avenue. (two blocks) Third Street from Main Avenue to Matthews Avenue. (two blocks) Depot Avenue between Third Street and Fifth Street (two blocks) Matthew Avenue between Third Street and Fifth Street (two blocks) Bids will be for street improvements for 2 - 8 blocks. Street improvements are for streets approximately 36 feet back of curb to back of curb and 350 feet long, with 8 inches of base course, 3 inches of Asphalt, Curb and Gutter, Geo textile Fabric, Grading and Topsoil Placement. Other items to be included in the bid are Seeding, Sidewalks, Tree Removal, Storm Sewer, Fillet and Valley Gutters. All unclassified material removal will become the property of the City of Armour and hauled to the Armour City Rubble Site. Bidder will furnish all labor and equipment unless stated differently. Bidder must include a certifi ed check, cashiers check or bank draft for 5 percent of bid, payable to City of Armour, or a 10 percent bid bond issued by a Surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, made payable to the City of Armour. The city of Armour reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to waive any informality therein.
