Renovation of a military facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
For the Install Water Heating & Gas Systems-Camp Rapid, B802, South Dakota Army National Guard, City, South Dakota, 466515. Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Department of the Military of the State of South Dakota. Bid Security: Each bid in excess of $100,000 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or draft in the amount of five percent (5%) or a ten percent (10%) bid bond. Completion: Substantially complete by 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Description: The scope of work includes replacing the building's existing electric water heaters with gas-fired instantaneous water heaters.
