The project will include constructing chain link security fence in various locations around the facility. The project will include constructing a standalone steel mezzanine in the warehouse a) This project includes the Drainage Improvements for the Rapid City Community Work Center located in Rapid City, SD. b) Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and permits necessary for the proper completion of the work. c) For the purposes of the contract, Owner or Owner's Representative shall mean Physical Plant Manager Frank Morton. Rapid City Community Work Center - 2725 Creek Drive Rapid City, SD 57703 Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, ordraft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Bureau of Administration of the State of South Dakota. The BOA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. No bids received. **There will be NO pre-bid meeting
